BEST TIME TO VISIT:

Kashmir is all-season destination but still the best time to visit Kashmir is during the months of March to October. During this period the weather conditions in Kashmir are at their best. This period covers three seasons in Kashmir i.e., spring (March-early May), summers (early May-late August) and autumn (September-November). The blossoms of spring, the cool weather of summer and the gold and red hues of autumn all provide the peak season for Kashmir travel. From December to early March is the winter season for Kashmir, when the entire valley wears a white blanket of snow. For those, who enjoy chilling weather and are interested in skiing, winter is the time to be in Kashmir.

Tour Cost Inclusive Of :

• Accommodation on twin sharing basis in rooms

• Non A/c vehicle such as Indica (2 pax) / Tavera/ Scorpio/ Qualis/ Xylo for all ground journey

• Breakfast and dinner at all places

• Exclusive Non a/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. The vehicle will not be at disposal, it will be available to the guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis).

• Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only

• Charges of Gandola Rope Way – Phase I once

• Sightseeing of Chandanwadi once by local union vehicle

• Srinagar airport return transfers by non a/c vehicle for packages staring from Srinagar To Srinagar

• Jammu railway station/ airport return transfers by non a/c vehicle for packages staring from Jammu To Jammu

Tour Cost Not Inclusive Of :

• Entry fees, Rope way Phase II, Boating charges, Pony charges, Doli charges, Guide charges, Vehicle charges Where co’s vehicle not available and all other personal expenses are not included in the tour cost

• Any kind of personal expenses

• Extra food & drinks ordered other then meal plan

• Porters, Tips, Insurance, Phone calls, laundry, shopping, etc

• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight/train cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control

• Air/ Train fares

• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

• Service Tax.

• Travel Insurance.

Child Policy :

• Child Below 5 yrs complimentary [Gandola rope way charges payable extra]

• Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mention in cost column (CNB = Child no Bed)

• Child 5 -10 yrs with extra bed as mention in cost column (CWB = Child with Bed)

• Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are charged same   

• Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.

NOTE ABOUT VEHICLE :

• A/c vehicles available on request for all ground journey

• Innova packages also available for all package tours

• Tempo traveler/ Winger/ Bus also available depending upon group size

• Standard, Deluxe and Super Deluxe House boats are also available during stay in Srinagar

• Please be reminded that all special requests like early check in, late check out, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or inter connecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior.

• We take it granted that all the participants who are enrolling themselves for the tour have carefully gone through our rules and regulations and are abide to follow them.

• All participants need to carry valid photo Identity proof with them. 

• Check in and checkout in hotels will be as per hotel rules and regulations.

• Mobile with post paid connections are valid in J & K state. The best of all are BSNL and AIRTEL.

NOTE :

• You will not get the brands of medicines which are easily available here like anacin, crocin, avomin etc. It is advisable to you to take personal medicines from Mumbai only. 

• Mobile with Postpaid connection – The best network is Dolphin, Airtel in Ladakh.
