LEH – LADAKH SAFARI

Manali – Tsomoriri Lake – Leh

10N / 11D         

Day 01: Depart for Delhi by train from Mumbai.  

Day 02: Arrive Delhi and proceed for Manali by Volvo bus.

Day 03: Arrive Manali and transfer to the hotel. Day free at leisure. O/n Manali. 

Day 04: Manali – Sarchu (222 kms) : Early morning leave for Sarchu. En route Rohtang pass (13050 ft), Confluence of Chandra and Bhaga rivers and Baralacha pass (16020 ft). O/n Sarchu. 

Day 05: Sarchu – Tsomoriri Lake (4400 mts) : Early Morning proceed for Tsomoriri Lake – A sweet water lake hemmed between Ladakh in the North, Tibet in the east and Zanskar in the west. It is breeding ground for a wide variety of fascinating birds. Transfer to tents. Enjoy your evening near Tsomoriri Lake. O/n Tsomoriri Lake.

Day 06: Tsomoriri Lake – Leh  : Early morning leave for Leh. En route visit hot water springs. Reach Leh by evening and transfer to the hotel. O/n Leh.           

Day 07: Leh  : After breakfast visit Hemis Monastery – Oldest and richest monastery of Ladakh, Stok Palace and Museum, Spituk, Hall of fame museum. Lunch at hotel. After lunch visit Shanti stupa, Sankar monastery and Tsemo monastery. Dinner at hotel. O/n Leh.

Day 08: Leh – Pangong lake – leh : Early morning leave for Pangong Lake14,500 ft through Changla Pass (17,350 ft Third Highest Motorable road in the world). Pangong Lake is a Highest Salt Water Lake in the World, Shared by Two Countries India & China. Back to Leh by evening. O/n Leh.                       

Day 09: Leh – Nubra valley : After breakfast leave for Nubra valley via Khardungla pass 18,380 ft (Worlds highest motorable road). Reach Nubra valley by afternoon and transfer to the campsite. You can enjoy Two hump camel safari on the World’s highest coldest desert (Own expense). O/n Tented accommodation.    

Day 10: Nubra Valley – Leh  : Back to Leh by same route. O/n Leh.  

Day 11: Morning proceed to Leh airport to catch flight for your onward destination. The tour ends here with the sweet memories of HAZEL Treks N Tours.

   Delhi – Manali by Volvo bus

   Manali – Leh – by non a/c 12/18/ 25 seater bus or Qualis/ Scorpio (6-8 pax sharing)

   Leh sightseeing by non a/c 12 seater bus or Qualis/ Scorpio (6-8 pax sharing)

   Pure veg Meals, B/f, lunch, Tea/Coffee and dinner

   Accommodation in hotels/ tents on sharing basis

   Inner line permits for Ladakh journey

   Exclusive Non a/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Please note that vehicle will not be at disposal. It will be available to you as per itinerary only (point to point basis).

  Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight/train cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control

NOTE:

   We take it granted that all the participants who are enrolling themselves for the tour have carefully gone through our rules and regulations and are abide to follow them.

   All participants need to carry photo ID proof with them. 

   You will have to check out the rooms of Leh hotel while going outside  Leh town for over night stays. Your luggage will be kept packed in the store room of the hotel and will be given back to you when you arrive at Leh hotel. 

   You will not get the brands of medicines which are easily available here like anacin, crocin, avomine etc. It is advisable to you to take your total personal medicines from Mumbai only.
