Best Time To Visit :

The lovely landscapes and the majestic mountains of Leh attract adventurers and tourists alike. The best time to visit Ladakh is in the summer months i.e. between the months of May and October. In winters the temperature at Leh goes below zero degrees often.

Tour Cost Inclusive Of :

• Accommodation on twin sharing basis in rooms

• Non A/c vehicle such as Tavera/ Scorpio/ Qualis/ Xylo /12 seater maxicab [depending upon group size] for all ground journey

• Breakfast and dinner at all places

• Exclusive Non a/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. The vehicle will not be at disposal, it will be available to the guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis).

• Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only

• Leh airport return transfers for packages starting from Leh to Leh

• Srinagar airport pick up for packages starting from Srinagar

• Inner line permit for Ladakh Journey

Tour Cost Not Inclusive Of :

• Entry fees, Rope way, Boating charges, Pony charges, Doli charges, Guide charges, Rafting charges, Vehicle charges Where co’s vehicle not available and all otherpersonal expenses are not included in the tour cost

• Cost of Two hump camel safari

• Monument and museum entry fees

• Any kind of personal expenses

• Extra food & drinks ordered other then meal plan

• Porters, Tips, Insurance, Phone calls, laundry, shopping, etc

• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight/train cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control

• Air/ Train fares

• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

• Service Tax.

• Travel Insurance.

Child Policy :

• Child Below 5 yrs complimentary [Ladakh Inner line permit charges payable extra]

• Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mention in cost column (CNB = Child no Bed)

• Child 5 -10 yrs with extra bed as mention in cost column (CWB = Child with Bed)

• Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are charged same

• Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.

NOTE :

• Please be reminded that all special requests like early check in, late check out, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or inter connecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior.

• We take it granted that all the participants who are enrolling themselves for the tour have carefully gone through our rules and regulations and are abide to follow them.

• All participants need to carry valid photo Identity proof with them. 

• Check in and checkout in hotels will be as per hotel rules and regulations.

• The program is subject to change without prior notice.

• The above mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm similar category.

• Mobile with post paid connections are valid in J & K state. The best of all are BSNL and AIRTEL.

• The guest will have to check out the rooms while going to Nubra valley, Pangong lake, Alchi, Tsomoriri Lake night stay.

• The tourism infrastructure in Leh - Ladakh is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.

In Nubra Valley, Alchi, Pangong lake and Tsomoriri Lake :

• Tented accommodations available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals.

• There is no telephone landline connection and the guest has to bear with it.

• Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear with candle light.

• Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained.

PERSONAL CARE

• The guests are advised to take adequate personal medicines with them from their home town.

• The guest can take Diamox tablets on the prescription of the family doctor. It is useful in High altitude sickness. 

• Please carry heavy woolens with you.

• Acclimatization is mandatory for visitors travelling by air. It is important to take complete rest for 24 hours after arriving at Leh airport.

• You will not get the brands of medicines which are easily available here like anacin, crocin, avomin etc. It is advisable to you to take personal medicines from Mumbai only.
